I am interested to where your schools have the distance education program located in the org structure? At DBU, we have a decentralized, centralized approach. We report to the Provost since we are academic support, the deans still hire faculty, but we train them, and IT is a completely different departement under a different VP but we have to have a marriage with them for it all to work.
